Recently a lot of people asked why Craig and I are going to be doing a Vlog on leadership and management techniques. And we searched through the internet and we found that there were a lot of different offerings that people can go to. Some are very long, some are very short. What we wanted to do was find one that was just right. And so Craig, why don't you, where did this whole thing start? I mean, it was sort of germinated the idea between the two of us.
Craig Anderson: (00:45)
You know, Lou and I have been friends for a lot of years and, and over the years we, we shared a lot of stories about business, about what was going on in our respective careers. And Lou brings to the table kind of that outsider experience as a consultant to companies from Fortune 500 companies and not for profits. And I've kind of grown my career in very similar companies, but as an insider and growing through my professional career and we realized in those conversations that brings a lot of different perspectives on how you approach issues, how you solve issues, and just that diversity of experience helps us come together with maybe even better ideas. And what we realized is we'd love to share those ideas with, with people out there in the business community and hope they will benefit from some of these ideas.

Sure.Yeah. And so what we did is we devised a, as you'll see in our episodes where we'll take one umbrella type of subject, we'll break it down into three bullet points and we'll cover each of those three bullet points going back and forth a little bit, giving that outsider perspective and that insider perspective that Craig has to be able to go through and talk about those particular issues. And then we'll wrap everything up with some key takeaways. Our goal is to keep every episode down to just 10 to 12 minutes. So that this way it gives you enough to peak your interest, but not enough to bore you and not make you want to watch the next one. So while we hope that you'll find the upcoming episodes of Q and A On Breakthrough Leadership were, advantageous for yourself and for your business and the people that with whom you work, so that you can take then and hopefully one, subscribe to this video to share the video.
